Cyentist solution

Marv sat down with Sean for a Cyentist Game Plan™ interview, and the experience drew out the full story of his work and passion for cooking for others. The next step was clear: it was time for a Cyentist Game Changer™ branding project. We worked with Chef Marv to position him as the private chef for at-home dinners in the Metro New York Area and The Hamptons.

Marv’s Game Changer included luxury branding, an engaging and fun website, matching marketing materials, and, most importantly, a business and marketing strategy that got him in front of ideal clients.

Client Challenge

Marv was ready to take his chef skills to the next level by offering his services to private clients as a personal at-home chef. While he had done this before, he was looking for a business strategy and a way to launch his services to the well-to-do clientele he was accustomed to serving in his former life in the restaurant world.

We centered Chef Marv’s brand around the luxury of staying in. The clarity resulting from the Cyentist Game Changer™ led to a brand launch that immediately got him booked for a cooking demo at the Williams Sonoma in Westfield, NJ as a guest chef.

Chef Marv leveraged the momentum of this public achievement into an opportunity to cater a party for the Give A Sip campaign, benefitting the Wildlife Conservation Society and the New York Aquarium to raise awareness for NYC’s plastic straw ban.

During the event, Chef Marv offered several dinner packages for auction. He walked away from the event with bookings with four attendees, which raised thousands of dollars in donations to the cause and put Chef Marv on the map in New York City society.

Next up, Chef Marv was brought in to cater a benefit for the victims of the Puerto Rico earthquake.

For his next act, Chef Marv partnered with a restaurant in vibrant Downtown Montclair, NJ for a special menu they’re still talking about, called The Fall Festival at Aozora.
