CMAP Industries is a rapidly growing business that began with a DIY WordPress website that lacked branding, design, clear messaging, and an engaging call to action.
This was in the way of the company developing as an employer brand at the height of the holiday hiring season.
The internal pages lacked content and were non-essential to the company's business purpose.
The theme was also problematic and the founding team could no longer justify spending their own time on the website at the expense of business growth.
