When Washington, D.C. law firm, Gilbert, LLP launched its subsidiary, Reneo Consulting, they were looking for a website design agency that aligned with their own founding principle of tailoring the team to the problem, not the other way around. Rather than hiring an industry-specific law firm web design agency that would follow the same formulaic template, they wanted an agency as innovative as their firm—a solution-specific partner who could deliver a unique and creative website design while maintaining law-firm-appropriate professionalism. Cyentist was uniquely positioned to untangle, resolve, and deliver due to our combined expertise in both law firm website design and a range of successful projects for B2B professional service businesses across industries.

The Reneo Consulting team was referred to Cyentist’s Founder and Brand Strategist, Sean Dillon, and engaged immediately. There was a clear mutual fit from the first call and the timing allowed us to complete the project as an intensive. Within approximately one week, we were able to deliver a motion graphic of their tagline and logo, an icon based on their existing logo, and a responsive website design, built with their ideal client in mind. The project specifically did without supporting images and graphics in favor of providing a focused resource for clients researching solutions to their most complex, intractable problems. Cyentist continued to assist Reneo Consulting in the years following the website launch, providing website management, updates, and support.

Reneo Consulting’s managing partner worked with the United States and Cuban governments on negotiating the release of Alan Gross from a Cuban prison, facilitating the most significant change in United States policy toward Cuba in over 50 years.
When the news of Gross’s release broke, the Reneo Consulting team entrusted Cyentist with publishing photos depicting Gross’s release and transport back to U.S. soil on Air Force One with his attorney, and Secretary of State, John Kerry. The story made national headlines as a historic first step to improving U.S. relations with Cuba.
