The Camperdown Group, is a licensed real estate team comprised of a unique daughter-in-law and father-in-law power duo. Melissa and Robert were excited to become licensed REALTORS® in New Jersey, however, with NJ REALTORS® boasting over 60,000 members covering this tiny U.S. State, competition is intense. That’s one REALTOR® for every 120 people. That includes REALTORS®! In this competitive real estate market, success depends on standing out among countless licensed agents competing for the same clients. Both teammates ventured into real estate from other successful past career paths and took their business seriously from day one. The Camperdown Group team wanted to differentiate with a unique brand to communicate their passion for helping people. They realized they needed to intentionally and consistently build a brand, launch a custom website, and be able to generate leads self-sufficiently. They wanted a partner who would lead the project and run with it.
Cyentist solution
After speaking with Sean from Cyentist, Melissa was intrigued by The Cyentist Method and scheduled an initial call. The Camperdown Group’s vision and timeline aligned perfectly with the way we work, so the team booked their Cyentist Game Plan before moving into a Cyentist Game Changer branding intensive. Our initial interview uncovered the origin story of The Camperdown Group and the team’s vision of family helping families achieve their home ownership aspirations. Though they are complete opposites, Melissa and Robert complement one another’s strengths in every way. Once we articulated their story, we developed the visual brand. Their logo’s focal point depicts the family’s Camperdown Elm tree in their home’s backyard, and the brand’s visuals incorporate the team’s favorite colors with imagery that stands out and gets attention. With a consistent brand, website, and marketing plan, The Camperdown Group is positioned to dominate their local real estate market.
